Not sure who closed the taxi lot up by LAX and moved it but: take it from someone who has a good perspective of the airport.who sees the airport  almost on a daily basis, this is a lesson on  complete lack of logistics. Taxi's lined up on Westchester Parkway , clogging  98th and Jenny (or is it 96th street i always get em mixed up). drivers scattered all over the place , taking up resources of the business's up by LAX (like restroom facilities) , it's a accident waiting to happen /  the old lot was much more logistical they were kind of tucked away by the police station (now there is some police blockade or something) ...someone dropped the ball so to speak . i realize there is a lack of space up by the airport . However this was just a poor decision on someone's part... may put some pictures on here to back up my perspective ...
